REFUND AND RETURNS

Items purchased from UKSHI.COM can be returned within 2 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. However, some products have different policies associated with them. In the unlikely scenario that your purchase has exceeded the time period of 2 days, UKSHI.COM will be unable to process any refund or exchange.

Return / Exchange is only applicable in case of a faulty, defective or damaged product delivery through online sale. The Client needs to intimate of the same “within 2 days of delivery”. No Return / Exchange request to be entertained post 2 days of delivery.  Return / Exchange can only be processed in the form of a store credit.

 

We allow for return of online purchases from ukshi.com subject to return being sought within 2 days of receiving the same.

Once the Product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated.

Refund for the product purchased will only be processed subject to our acceptance of the returned garment.

Refund can only be processed in the form of a store credit.

Please be advised that accessories of all types are non-returnable and fall outside the scope of the above-mentioned policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also retain its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as gift cards, food and grocery items, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate to oneself or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. There will be a “Free Returns” label on the detail page for items that qualify.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1. Book with obvious signs of use
2. CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, softwares, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
3. Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons other than our    inaccuracy.
4. Any item that is returned after more than 30 days since the date of delivery.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received a refund yet, we suggest you to first check with your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ukshi.com and send your item to: Delhi Office, India.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Delhi, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
